We are nearing the end of January and I am tying to keep my resolutions alive and strong for 2015. Every year I say that I want to get better at my yoga practice and be able to do more of the advanced poses. I have been pretty good about going to yoga class so far this year and have been challenging myself with those harder poses.
My yoga teachers often say ‘showing up to class is the hardest part.’ Now that we are in winter mode and it isn’t fun to leave the house I understand why they say that. To help myself stay motivated to go to yoga class I’ve been investing in better and more stylish workout outfits. I am more likely to go to yoga class wearing these pants and a cute sweatshirt.
I am a huge fan of Nordstrom’s Zella workout clothing line. I have been wearing these ‘lived in’ yoga pants all of the time. Their yoga pants run longer then normal ones and have just the right amount of compression. I think the quality of these pants rival Lululemon yoga pants, but at a much better price point. I am considering picking up these black pants and this top.
I currently have my eyes on some of the oversize workout sweatshirts that have come out recently. I’ve found a few workout sweatshirts that I absolutely love including this knot sweatshirt. I also really like this one, this one and this one.
Some of my favorite workout inspiration comes from watching the teachers in my yoga classes. Since workout clothes are their work clothes, they always have best and most inspiration outfits!
For Cycling Class: top | Zella ‘More Mest’ Tee pants | Onzie Leggins
For Yoga Class: top | Zella ‘heartbeat’ sports bar pants | Straight Leg Sweatpants
For Everything Else: top | Zella Draped Wrap Top pants | Athletic Floral Fade Ankle Tight
