Is Facebook, Twitter, Digg, Youtube, etc making you unfit? Rather than squeezing in 20-30 minutes of exercise each day, do you spend more time updating your status or reading your newsfeed? Do you jump online to take a quick peek at the latest viral video to realize 2 hours has passed?
I spend a great deal of time on my computer and working out and eating right needs to be a top priority. There is nothing sassy about having a Twitter butt!
