real food recipes round up + weekly meal plan november 30th

I’m so stuffed from the week’s festivities it’s been challenging trying to plan a weekly meal plan for next week! On Wednesday I prepared a feast (Slow Cooker Korean Short Ribs with Roasted Potatoes and Creamed Kale) and I made a cake from scratch. Thursday was Thanksgiving, Friday we celebrated his birthday again going out with friends. Last night the thought of food and eating made my stomach hurt!

But the show must go on and here we are sharing what to eat. I’ll be hosting the Inlinkz widget. Scroll down to share your own recent healthy recipe or meal plan from your blog. We simply request you link back to one of us, and that the recipes you share use primarily real, whole foods.

Like we mentioned last week, JoLynne and I will be featuring several recipes that were shared the previous week. You must have liked the new format because we had so many amazing links. So thank you!

Remember in order to be featured you must link back to one of us!

My first pick is Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken from Strength and Sunshine. Can’t wait to try this one!
