Monday: Paleo/Whole 30 Approved Pecan Crusted Chicken by Momma Lew + Lemon Panko Broccoli by Girl Gone Mom (substitute Almond Flour for Panko for Paleo Version)
Tuesday: Indian Spiced Chicken by The Lemon Bowl + Sautéed Spinach with Garlic
Wednesday: Paleo Avocado Stuffed Veggie Turkey Burgers by The Happy Holistic + Parmesan Zucchini and Corn by Damn Delicious
Thursday: Roasted Cauliflower and Mushroom Quinoa Salad in Balsamic Vinaigrette by Closet Cooking
Friday: Chopped Thai Salad with Sesame Garlic Dressing by Pinch of Yum + Grilled Chicken

It may require a little additional seasoning but almond flour works well as a breadcrumb substitute.
