It’s that time of the week! Thanks for joining my weekly meal plan and the Real Food Recipes Roundup. Tomorrow is Super Bowl Sunday and sadly I’ve had no time to shop for food yet. I love a good Super Bowl party but staying on track with healthy snacks is always a challenge.

Did you catch #RealFoodRecipes RoundUp last week? I was so intrigued by Roasted Smoked Paprika Cinnamon Chickpeas from Strength and Sunshine. These would be the perfect Super Bowl snack too. I gave up beans after going Paleo, however there are times where I sneak them in occasionally. I would make an exception for these.
I’m dying to try this Gluten-Free Thai Chicken Soup from Sparkles in the Everyday. In place of cornstarch I would use arrowroot powder which is Paleo friendly. This is my favorite Thai soup and it looks so easy to make.
Be sure to check out JoLynne’s weekly meal plan for more ideas to keep you on track. Here’s what’s cookin’ at my house this week….
