Did you catch #RealFoodRecipes RoundUp last week? I’ve been craving a Hearty Beef Stew and Momma Lew’s one pot recipe was the perfect solution! Another good one – Baked Paprika-Parmesan Chicken from Best of Long Island and Central Florida. To make this Paleo approved substitute the cheese for nutritional yeast and the all-purpose flour with almond or coconut flour. Friday: Garlic Roasted Shrimp with Zucchini Pasta {Paleo}
