#paleo weekly meal plan – september 8th
After an extended summer hiatus, our Paleo weekly meal plan series is back! The girls are back in school and we’re getting back on track scheduling and planning meals Sunday – Friday.
It was a nice break, however being organized is a must for cooking each night. The Paleo lifestyle isn’t very conducive to last minute meals (it can be definitely be done) but you can get stuck in a rut very quickly.
This week will be short because E is having her tonsils and adenoids removed on Thursday. A little nervous about her recovery but keeping my fingers crossed all goes well.
Sunday: white chicken lasagna (TastyKitchen.com) NOTE: This is NOT Paleo but is Gluten Free. I used only 2 cups of Mozzerella cheese instead of 4 cups and Tinkyada Brown Rice Lasagna Noodles (Gluten Free).
Monday: leftovers + salad or suggest making green chile turkey burgers + kale avocado salad
Tuesday: paleo meatloaf + cauliflower mash + sauteed zucchini noodles
Wednesday: chicken & apple sausage + truffle sweet potato fries + salad
Thursday: surgery day; we’ll probably order out
Friday: pizza night – Try this recipe for low carb & gluten free pizza crust
