#paleo weekly meal plan – september 30th

Did you have a chance to try out any of the Paleo recipes from last week’s menu? Be sure to try the Crispy Nut and Herb Fried Chicken from Mark’s Daily Apple. Fantastic and kid friendly.

Monday and Wednesday’s meals made so much, we had leftovers two nights delaying my plan for Thursday’s Apple Glazed Pork Chops with Zucchini Sweet Potato Latke. Finally made Sunday night.

This week is relatively low key, however I’ve been craving pad thai and found an interesting recipe over at PaleoPot.com. Did I mention it’s a slow cooker recipe and the noodles are made from zucchini? Bring out the spiralizer!
