Happy Thanksgiving week Paleo friends! Finally recovered from last week’s 3 day cleanse I’m VERY happy it’s a short week of meal planning. My husband’s birthday is Tuesday and we’ll be preparing a special dinner with the girls.
To celebrate the holiday, we’ll be getting together with family and I have no idea what my food contribution will be. I’m craving brussel sprouts and dying to make Pan-Seared Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries & Pecans, YUM! It’s not one of my traditional recipes but it’s nice to mix it up occasionally.

I made this Paleo Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Banana Bread tonight (nut-free, gluten-free). Outstanding!!

Monday: Pan Fried Chicken + Spaghetti Squash Carbonara
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Korean Short Ribs + Sweet Potato Fries + Sauteed Kale & Shitake Mushrooms
