Style, Fashion and Beauty for Sophisticated Moms

Is it really January? Like most many new year resolutions have you committed to eat healthier in 2014? Maybe you’re considering trying Paleo? As I tell most of my friends I’m 100% Paleo 80% of the time. My resolution is to bump that up to 90%. Wish me luck. Giving up wine is my weakness, hands down

Give up cheese? No problem. Give up the white stuff? Easy peasy. Give up wine? H to the no – I’ve got kids are you cray cray?

My motto is do the best you can and set food goals that are attainable. And realize DIETS are out. Apparently cleansing and juicing are so 2013 (not sure I agree with that). Living a healthy and balanced life is where it’s at in 2014. Check out this article – Top 10 Secrets of Healthy Weight Loss (that Don’t Involve Dieting for inspiration and easy tips.

I’m excited about continuing our weekly Paleo Meal plans and my mission is to find more fabulous food blogs to share with you.  So let’s get this party started!

Happy New Year to you all and here’s to a healthy and balanced 2014!
