Hello friends how was your weekend? Normally mine are relatively low key however this weekend my friends celebrated three birthdays (two being the big 4.0) requiring a girls night out extravaganza. What I learned is that nothing good comes from being over served. When your body goes long periods without alcohol, the minute you overindulge there is a price to pay.
After spending most of Sunday in bed recovering, I’ve vowed to never consume large amounts of vodka ever again. There is nothing less Paleo. Plus, I’l be spending everyday this week at the gym trying burning off all those extra calories.
But between you and me – it was worth it.
