#Paleo Weekly Meal Plan – February 4th

Three weeks into Paleo meal planning and I’ll admit, it’s tough. My biggest downfall is NOT prepping on Sunday. As much as I love too cook, it’s the preparation that I’m not that fond of.

In the mood for something a little more creative, I was craving curry and found a few Paleo recipes that I compiled into my own creation.  Was a big hit with hubs but the girls weren’t as adventurous.

The plan was to prepare different meal almost every night but why make life more difficult. Teach your family how to eat leftovers and make life easier and less stressful.

Sunday: Almost Paleo Super Bowl Chili
Monday: Leftovers+ Steamed Broccoli
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Coconut Curry Chicken + Coconut Cauliflower Rice
Wednesday: Leftovers + Steamed Veggies
Thursday: Mini Meatloaf + Sweet Potato Fries + Green Salad
Friday: Pizza Party
