Hey stylish moms I’m back to my Insta stalking this week. But first let’s talk about what’s happening around Instagram for a moment.

On Monday I took Hilary Rushford’s FREE webinar strategically titled: “Double Your Instagram Following”. You may have taken it too along with about 2,000 other Instagramers thirsty to know the secret to increasing our followers.

I will give props to Hilary for getting me very excited after registering, sending multiple emails with promises of learning her tips for increasing her followers by 6,000 in ONE DAY! Yes – tell me more!!

In one hour I’ll make it clear why and how Instagram is powerful for you.

Within the first five minutes the screen goes black and because Hilary must have turned off the sidebar of the webinar program, she failed to see 2,000 people simultaneously freak out that they could only hear her. By this time I got the impression the webinar was probably just a marketing tactic to buy something, so I recorded the entire thing on my iPhone.

Not to slam Hilary but I’m pretty sure we never got to 4 steps to grow my following or heard anything about making money. Instead I learned about how she edits her photos, the apps she uses, the “recipe” for photo editing and her advice for formatting your bio and news feed.

At the end of the hour she pitched her Instagram e-course that supposedly provides the actual information she promoted in the Free webinar for the low price of $97. Of course I took the bate and purchased. Will let you know how that goes.

I’d love to tell you more about what I learned but sadly there was nothing ground breaking to share.

Now on to the good stuff and the stylish moms I’m obsessed with this week.
