Children’s Halloween Tea for a Spookey Good Time October 29th
One of my favorite luxury hotels is hosting a spooktacular Halloween Tea for your little goblins! Join The Peninsula Chicago on Saturday, October 29, 2011 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm for an afternoon filled with arts and crafts, costume contest, story telling and more! Children are invited to wear their costumes and participate in holiday festivities in Avenues and outside on The Terrace (weather permitting).

Why: Featuring a special buffet full of favorites for children- snake cheese and pepperoni pizza, skele-fries, sea monster salad sandwiches and Hogwart’s pumpkin juice. “Spook-tacular” activities include jack-o-lantern-shaped cookie decorating stations, storytelling and a costume contest amidst hay bales, pumpkins, gourds and other autumnal décor for festive crafts and games. Champagne and a traditional Afternoon Tea menu is sure to keep parents entertained while celebrating with their little ghosts and goblins!
