Last week’s Paleo Menu Plan wasn’t a total bust but we did have several days of leftovers. Saturday we ordered out and I fell off the Paleo wagon most of the weekend. It’s not always easy to stay on track, but this week I’m determined to stick with it.
Today was a little crazy and preparing dinner needed to be quick and under an hour. After taking a look in the fridge, I realized there was not much to work with. Not sure what happened with Sunday’s shopping trip.
