NYDJ Fall Collection
NYDJ premiered their fall collection at the fabulous James Hotel in Chicago and Sassy Moms in the City stopped by for a sneak peek and to test out a few styles. While I’m familiar with the line I had no idea how amazing these jeans were. If your starting a fall shopping list, NYDJ is a must-have this season.
After trying three different styles I decided to go with the Sheri Skinny jeans in Terra Hide ($150). Super comfy and incredibly slimming. At the moment I am very self conscious about the junk in my trunk but these jeans did an amazing job of keeping it under control. I can’t wait for fall so I can show these off.
NYDJ is renowned for The Original Slimming Fit. Every pair includes the brand’s Lift Tuck Technology®, which features a patented criss-cross panel that flattens the stomach while lifting and smoothing curves in the back so you’ll look and feel a size smaller, instantly. The NYDJ slimming technology works so well they encourage you to order one size smaller than what you normally wear. I would have never believed this but I was able to go down almost two sizes. Crazy!

What’s new for Fall 2012?
Denim featuring vintage-inspired washes with hand sanding including super-stretch (a thicker fabric for the ultimate slimming effect), tencel (the softest hand feel), and sanded twill (a soft, almost-chino feel).

Silhouettes – The slim leg and straight leg cuts continue to be the most popular styles. For the new season, NYDJ is offering the same classic cuts in new colors, washes, and fabrics.
