App Troubleshooting

If the App does not load and you are redirected to the default Sassy Moms in the City, Big City Moms or Metro Moms Facebook Timeline, please make sure that you have not blocked the app on your personal profile. Go to your Facebook account’s Privacy Settings > Manage Blocking > Blocked Apps > “Unblock” if any of the Woobox or Sweepstakes apps are in the list. Also make sure that you’re using Facebook as yourself (personal profile) rather than as a Page.

Facebook has implemented Guidelines requiring that pages running promotions use a Third Party Application to administer the promotion.
