How fit is your belly? I’m never 100% happy with this area of my body, however since my last pregnancy two years ago, my abdominal region never seemed to bounce back like it did the first time around. Most women who have had children have a gap between their abdominal muscles that can be felt beneath the belly button, running up to your ribs and right down to the pubic bone.
