Immaculate Conception School and Second Chance Toys, an organization that rescues and recycles unwanted plastic toys for needy children, have teamed up to celebrate the “season of giving” by collecting and donating toys.
Your plastic toys will be tagged with messages from Immaculate Conception students and donated to children from Chicago less fortunate. You will also be helping our environment by keeping these non-biodegradable toys out of our landfills.
How can you help?
When: Saturday, December 4th from 8:00-10:00 am
Where: ICS Main Entrance rain or shine (1431 N. North Park Avenue, Chicago, IL 60610)
What: Gently used Plastic Toys. Only clean plastic toys in good condition are accepted! Any battery powered toys need to be fully operational. Kindly help us by following these requirements. Toys that don’t adhere to this policy will be rejected).
