I am thrilled to be partnering with Babies, Tots n’ More for their annual Premier Children’s Seasonal Consignment Event April 6-9th at 1647 W. Chicago Avenue! The only upscale kid’s sale of its kind in Chicago, Babies, Tots n’ More event features thousands of gently loved items such as toys, books, shoes, baby gear (strollers, highchairs, pack ‘n plays, etc), furniture, bedding, clothing and maternity items for newborn through grade school aged children.
Since hosting their first event May of 2010, Babies, Tots n’ More has nearly tripled in size, featuring many local mom-owned businesses and non-profit organizations, delivering hundreds of donated unsold items to charity and helping countless families consign, shop and save for the future.
Living in city with two young children has quickly reduced the amount of space in our home. Like many urban families, our guest room and storage closet is overflowing with unused baby gear and clothing which I am anxiously ready to be rid of forever.
Personally, I think the idea is brilliant which is why I am so excited to partner with Kristin D. Myers, founder of Babies, Tots n’ More Consignment. Hello, who doesn’t need to clear out the clutter? Sassy Moms in the City will be collecting diapers on behalf of Bundle of Joy Diaper Bank whose mission is to ensure that every parent in Chicago has access to a supply of clean diapers for his or her child. Sizes Newborn, 5, 6 and Pullups are needed most.
